How much do treatments cost?

Prices vary by hospital and treatment type. We can give you an approximate price range based on your desired treatment; the exact quote is confirmed after a doctor consultation.

What is the booking process?

Booking is simple, in 4 steps:
① Choose your preferred hospital and treatment
② Online consultation to confirm plan and price
③ Confirm dates and pay deposit
④ Visit Korea for treatment with full coordinator support

Do I need a visa?

In general, short-term treatments can be done with a tourist visa. For longer treatments or surgeries with extended recovery, a medical visa (C-3-3) is recommended.

Do you arrange accommodation and interpretation?

We offer VVIP concierge services including:

What is the refund policy?

Refund policy:
· Cancel 7+ days before treatment: full deposit refund
· Cancel 3-6 days before: 50% refund
· Cancel 1-2 days before: 20% refund
· Same-day cancellation/no-show: no refund
· Cancellation due to hospital or force majeure: full refund

What should I prepare before coming to Korea?

Before coming to Korea for treatment, prepare:

· Passport (valid 6+ months)
· Visa
· K-ETA travel authorization
· English medical records/medication list (if any)
· Hospital appointment confirmation

🏨 Accommodation
· Choose lodging near the hospital, suitable for recovery

💳 Other items
· International credit/debit card
· Small amount of cash
· Loose, comfortable clothing
· Universal adapter (Korea uses 220V)

How long is the recovery period?

Recovery time depends on the treatment:
· Skin treatments (Ulthera, Thermage, etc.): almost no downtime
· Injections (fillers, Botox): 1-3 days of swelling
· Surgery (eye/nose surgery, etc.): 7-14 days basic recovery, 1-3 months full recovery

Yes. Follow Korea Co., Ltd. is registered with Korea's Ministry of Health and Welfare as a foreign patient attraction agency (Reg. No. A-2026-01-01-06622) and holds a general travel agency license (No. 2026-000022). We refer patients only to licensed medical institutions in Korea.
